Got an old Android device? Make good use of it with GPS tracker! If you have ever wanted to track the location of something or someone, the GPS tracker by TapTap may be the solution for you. The idea is simple: Use the old device as a host (send data), and use your current device as a client (receive data). Key Features - Connect two devices using the host phone number as a username. - Host and Client modes are password protected. - Various Host location refresh timings. (min. 30 seconds, max. 24 hours) - Set a location radius (Host won't send data if inside this radius, up to 100m) - Host can send data automatically when outside of the set radius. - Host can send data to the Client device either by internet or text messaging. - Client can manually request the current location of the host. - Client can view "Previous" or "New" locations on a map to compare. - Client can view the location marker in Google Street View. - Client device will store a log of all the locations that are received. - Client can remotely turn off the GPS tracking on the Host device. (Cannot be enabled remotely) - Client always has the ability to request the location of the host. (If tracking is enabled) Please Note: The app has the ability to use internet, GPS and text messaging. Charges may apply from your provider. The app must be installed on both devices. The host app must be open, but the device can be asleep to work. Make sure resources are not being turned off when the device is asleep.
