To login to the Spot Order application, you must use the QRCode provided on the Best Distributor application. That is, this application is part of the Best Distributor
Application www.bestdistributor.id.
This distributor application functions as a means for the sales team to do the following:
Submission of new customers/ New Open Outlet (NOO);
New open outlet (NOO) customer submissions can be inputted by the Salesman while in the field and can be directly verified by the Sales Supervisor/ Sales Admin/ Sales Manager or
other authorities in real time;
Data collection of customer outlet location maps / location tags, which have been secured with the "Anti-Root" and "Anti-Fake GPS" features. Thus ensuring the accuracy of your
customer's location. Equipped with a location photo verification mechanism and map location;

Update of customer address, cellphone number and email data. Remember, in this era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, e-mail and cellphone numbers are your most

Organize and monitor Salesman Visit Routes based on location, check in time, check out time, visit duration and visit results, provided statistical data on reasons for not
ordering to help analyze sales team problems in the field;

Manual Order menu, is used to input sales orders manually without going through the Geo-Location matching process, namely as an alternative menu to place orders at Blank Spot
GPS outlets or those that are not covered by cellular or GPS networks.
Customer Accounts Receivable Card, is used to monitor customer trade receivables which are presented in detail to support billing and finance operations. The red color shows
receivables due, equipped with information on the age of receivables and overdues as well as payment history details for deposit transactions.
Navigation/ Route Map of the customer's location, to make it easier for the shipping/expedition department, billing, auditors, new salesmen or other divisions to visit customer
outlets.
This application is also equipped with the Live Tracking Salesman feature, so you can monitor the location of the Salesman in real time wherever and whenever you are.
