 Validity of your Referral:
 
 You should be the first person referring the referral to Paddy HR Solutions, then
you get the credit; we will be confirming your referral credit after checking in our
referral database for duplicity check.
 Your referral is valid until your referral makes the first change through Paddy HR
Solutions.
 You can refer your referral even if they aren’t currently / at present looking for job
change / career change, because you can block them as your referral before
someone else refers the same person to Paddy HR Solutions – You won’t miss-out
on the opportunity in registering them first with Paddy HR Solutions as your
referral.
 
 Referral Pay-out:
 
 You will be getting 15% of billing amount as your referral pay-out, once your
referral completes 6 months of employment from date of joining.
 If you wish to receive the referral reward as Bank Transfer – we will do it, or we
will process your referral gift card for equivalent amount, it’s your choice.
 We will communicate about the referral amount within a week of your referral
