ActivePilatesClub is the app that brings Pilates to your home or wherever you are!
The app is the best way to make the most of your subscription:
- you have access to the entire catalog and exclusive videos included in the various subscription options that you can activate on activepilatesclub.com;
- you can play hundreds of video workouts on your mobile phone and download them to watch them even offline when you are without an Internet connection;
- updates you in real time every time new content is uploaded;
- plus, if your subscription includes live Zoom classes, you'll be notified whenever a class is scheduled.
On ActivePilatesClub you will find Full Body workouts or workouts dedicated to specific areas of the body, free-body or with small tools, such as elastic bands, small weights
and anklets, Soft Balls, Fitness Circles.
The variety of exercises and tools used make the workouts effective, stimulating the muscles in a different way from time to time.
The workouts have different durations (10-20-30-45 min), adapting to any type of agenda and are cataloged by level of difficulty. You can create your own training path or
follow the suggested weekly training plans.
If you've never done Pilates, start with the video "Preparation for workouts" and workouts for beginners, which will prepare you to face the most intense workouts.
Please note: if you are already a member of ActivePilatesClub, simply log in with your username and password to view the video workouts on the app.
If, on the other hand, you are not a subscriber but are curious to see the videos, go to the site to start a free 10-day trial period and then go back to the app and log in
with the username and password you chose on the site - it is not possible to subscribe or start your free trial directly from the app.
