Ahgora Leader is a tool for managing teams in real time. The application allows team leaders to manage the employees' journey.
With Ahgora Leader, managers view the employee's point mirror, approve requests and track team hours in real time and from anywhere. You can see who has odd beats and what
justifications are open, who has positive or negative hours and how each employee's journey is going.
In addition, the application has integration with other Ahgora products, such as Ahgora Timesheet, Ahgora Multi and Ahgora PontoWEB. Thus, managers view cards that show the
activities in progress by each employee and cards with the latest records of important team activities.
With Ahgora Leader, management is decentralized and much more practical. It is also possible to see how many employees are present in the company, which are working regardless
of location, and which are absent or away.
